Vinghøg AS, a subsidiary of Rheinmetall Defence GmbH, has been an established player in Scandinavia for over half a century with some 130 employees at two locations, both at Nøtterøy. The expected turnover for 2015 is 370 MNOK. Vinghøg specializes in high-tech products for the modern soldier. This includes reconnaissance systems, observation and target acquisition systems, fire control systems and weapon improvement, mounts and vehicle integration. The company exports to more than fifty countries around the world.
