Sales and Project Engineer (m/f) B2B


The position's main focus will be the professional consultation and support of Nordic sales partners and key accounts with the aim to reach and exceed jointly defined sales, turnover and quality targets of our client's products, systems and services in the region. Supported by a sales assistant you will drive acquisition and development of new and existing clients and act as the central point of contact between sales, commercial and technical units at the company's headquarters and local sales partners. This means: you will process and track customer enquiries, develop sales promotion initiatives, identify new target groups and support commercial and technical contract negotiations - up and beyond successful conclusion. In addition, you are deeply involved in both acquisition and customer project support presenting the full range of services and newly developed solutions. You will also expand and maintain contact to important multipliers like architects and property developers. From a long term perspective, you will also develop and expand activities into the growing Baltic markets.

Qualification profile:

As a dynamic, results-oriented personality with a technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Engineering) or comparable training, you have already gained several years of experience in technical sales/export management - ideally within the field of plant engineering and construction. Our customer therefore requires distinct acquisition strength and verifiable sales success. Equally important is that you are familiar with the regional culture and typical business needs. Besides, you should be fluent in English and Norwegian and ideally have good German language skills. On a personal level you will convince us and our client with extensive project management experience, analytical expertise as well as strong negotiation and organisation skills. As a matter of fact, this position requires regular business travels into the regions assigned.
