e-Business Solutions Manager for Scandinavia

If you have good interpersonal skills combined with strong technical e-business
understanding in a B2B-environment, you could be our new Scandinavian e-Business
Solutions Manager.

In cooperation with HQ, you get the opportunity to influence, develop and optimize our e-business platforms in line with the company's targets. You become part of an ambitious and motivated Scandinavian team, where you can develop your career through your results. You will report to the Sales Efficiency Director for the North East Cluster (Scandinavia, Baltics, Finland).

Key e-business role
You will be a key contributor in projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing our e-business platforms and growing e-business by offering better user experience to our customers. You will
also be responsible for ensuring that all local Scandinavian sites at all times are optimized and fully operational within the e-business area.

You will represent the Scandinavian group in relevant HQ communities and interact closely with
the group HQ team as well as with your Baltic-Finland region colleagues.

Your overall responsibility will consist of the following:

  • Leading and development of the Scandinavian e-business solutions.
  • Securing that all Scandinavian webshops are functional at all times.
  • Ensuring the testing of new HQ releases on Scandinavian webshops.
  • Continuously improve and optimize Antalis webshops and enhancing online customer experience.
  • Leading development of EDI and other S2S-connections together with our sales and MIS-organizations.
  • Evaluate and suggest changes to e-business platforms, help establishing standards, best practices and collaborate with other teams.
  • Promote new webshop functionalities and provide training to internal teams and key customers.
  • Contribute in preparation of e-business roadmap in cooperation with other departments.

Self-driven with a technical mindset
You are capable and find it exiting to work in a cross-functional/cross-country role between the
Sales, Marketing, Master Data and MIS-departments. We expect you to be self-driven and have
strong communication skills. You constantly evaluate and suggest improvements to e-business
processes to improve performance.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A relevant academic degree, and/or strong background within e-business or MIS.
  • Experience in developing Customer Experience on e-commerce.
  • A proven track record in working with and testing and developing e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in EDI and other S2S-connections.
  • Structured and technical mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong English skills and strong command of at least one of the Scandinavian languages.

You are ready to travel within Scandinavia on a regular basis and may expect up till 40 travelling
days a year. Your base will be on one of our locations in either Denmark (Copenhagen, Vejle,
Holstebro), Sweden (Haninge) or Norway (Oslo).
