Your new role
On behalf of our client, UCB, Hays is offering a unique role as Ecosystem Lead within the dedicated Immunology team. This is a unique opportunity to become the dedicated cross-functional, integrated Manager of all the customer and stakeholder-facing resources within the given regional Ecosystem, namely Denmark and Norway. With direct reference to the Head of Immunology Northern Europe, you will orchestrate all activities of the Local Patient Value unit and be responsible for the overall cross-functional leadership of the franchise, including Healthcare Professional Partners, MSLs and Payer Partners.
The Ecosystem Lead Immunology will be accountable for achieving strategic and value creating goals, such as sustaining partnership and long term relations, securing and maintaining optimal access and leading market position in focused patient segments in order to drive growth, sustainability and profitability of the franchise.
In this key role, you will contribute to the development of a dynamic Danish and Norwegian organization and community, as well as ensure patient and healthcare value by matching needs, delivering results, adapting to change and meeting the overall strategic talent needs of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
The preferred candidate possesses an educational background in healthcare, life sciences or business. You possess a minimum of 10 years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or field medical experience, holding valuable knowledge of the Danish/Norwegian health systems and expertise of the local ecosystem key drivers for success. Knowledge within the Immunology field is an advantage.
Moreover, you hold solid experience in leading multidisciplinary or/and matrix teams and can demonstrate proven leadership skills in managing, developing and influencing cross-functional teams.
You have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; a natural talent in engendering credibility and confidence within the company. Fluency in Danish or Norwegian and English is a must. You possess a customer-focused and driven mind-set and thrive in a science-driven and ambitious environment.
