The headquarters of Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG in Ebnat-Kappel, Switzerland is located in the idyllic and beautiful mountain region of Toggenburg in canton St. Gallen. Approximately two thirds of our global employees are located in our Ebnat-Kappel headquarters. Our expansion meant that in 2012 we had the privilege to custom design our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The facilities include a large production area with well-equipped clean rooms and machinery to produce a variety of sensors, adapted to the needs of our customers. The flexible production facility allows us to produce high volume through to small batches of customized sensors. Besides production, the headquarters are home to our R&D department as well as sales and administration (accounting, marketing and human resources).
Sales Engineer (m/f)
For the further expansion of our high-tech company, with around 450 employees worldwide, we are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f). Depending on your preferences, you could either be working from home office, any site of Endress+Hauser in the respective area or from our headquarters in Ebnat-Kappel, Switzerland.
Your tasks will include:
- Manage and extend the existing client portfolio in Northern Europe
- Accompany your customers through all sales processes in a trustworthy and service-oriented manner together with the sales back office
- Development of customer-specific solutions in collaboration with internal partners
- Participation as well as planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Willingness to travel approx. 40%
You have the following qualifications:
- A degree (FH or university) in a technical field, electronical preferred
- Experience in the sale of consulting-intensive technical products and system solutions, ideally in the sensor market
- Proficient in common software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, MS Office)
- Negotiating skills in English, German or an other European language is considered a plus
