Kantar is looking for a Senior HR business partner to come join our team!

The Senior HR BP is a strategic partner focused on delivering HR solutions which drive transformation and business growth.  Areas of specific focus will include transformational organization management, building capability through the implementation of the talent strategy and supporting managers in driving performance to gain competitive advantage.



The Senior HR Business Partner is a new role and will be an important part of the Management team. You will work closely with and report into the Regional HR Director based in Stockholm. The HR team based in Norway will consist of you and an experienced payroll specialist who will report into you.

The focus of the role is to be responsible for driving the HR agenda in the Norwegian business, but the role will also business partner some regional HR processes in other Nordic countries. Some travels will be expected in the role. The Norwegian business covers about 200 employees and has a collective agreement and local union in place.

You will have the opportunity to drive excellence in the delivery of HR expertise in a changing and fast paced environment. You will act in close collaboration with the different stakeholders as a sparring partner and advisor within the organization.



  • Working closely with business stakeholders
  • supporting people strategies by providing analytics & insights to translate commercial challenges into people solutions
  • Build personal relationships with Senior Managers and key stakeholders to foster collaborative working
  • Coach Senior Managers to ensure they lead by example and comply with policies and country legislation
  • Partner with global L&L team to shape and deliver learning solutions based on the HR strategy.
  • In conjunction with the global Talent Acquisition team, support managers in identifying, attracting and selecting the best talent.
  • Facilitate cyclical activities and programs by consulting, challenging & coaching managers (e.g. Performance, Engagement, Talent, Pay)
  • Build organizational change capability
  • Define and deliver a best in class employee value proposition to our teams.
  • Lead the diversity agenda.



  • Bachelor’s degree within HRM or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in a similar HR BP role (preferably in an international complex & matrix environment)
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Previous experience in change management, negotiations with unions and working with a collective agreement.
  • Willing to travel across the Nordic countries



  • Demonstrates strong people management, leadership capability and communication skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management - continuously ensuring the right people are consulted, informed and held accountable for quality delivery,
  • Strong knowledge in Norwegian labor law
  • HR Consultancy - proactively use evidence to drive decisions/business cases.
  • Business acumen – ability to apply financial acumen, operational knowledge and HR expertise to land smooth and cost-effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a hectic environment
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Workday is a plus!
