SmartCraft Norway AS was founded in Ålesund in 1987 as Systemkonsult AS. Changed its name to Cordel Norge AS when merged with its partner Bransjedata AS in 2017 at the same time as the Stockholm-based PE company Valedo Partners acquired the majority of the company. Later two more companies in Norway was acquired; Kvalitetskontroll in 2021 and Elverdi Norge AS in 2022. With offices in Ålesund, Hønefoss, Bergen, Lofoten and Oslo, and with different niche-products, market approaches, product development and support, the need of managing and scale the enormous synergies and market opportunities is needed. The need of a leader to optimize these opportunities in close cooperation together with a team of highly proud and successful entrepreneurs in many different locations is wanted by the different organizations.
